I would like to express my deep sorrow on the death of one of the most respectable and the most admired judge of our time Tom Bingham who died at the age 76 due to suffering from cancer in Wales on saturday 13th September this year.His contribution in understanding the rule of Law and the development of common law will never be forgotten by any judge in the whole world.And surely todays lawyers and all human right defenders in addition to all law students all over the world will mourn this great loss. May God rest his soul in peace in eternity Amen.
